Boundary Surveys for tracts of land big or small, residential or commercial. A boundary survey is performed to determine title and to report any of the following: 

  • Variances in Reference Monuments
  • Discrepancies in Record Deeds and plats
  • Inconsistencies in Line of Occupation
  • Theory of Location All Boundary Surveys are done to Title 865, Rule 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code for Practicing Land Surveying. Every boundary survey will be recorded in the County Recorders office and all property corners will be set with a #5 Rebar x 30 inches long with a cap inscribed with the surveyors name and license number.
